Love Response

While reading other people's blogs it seems that love is just a game of luck. It is just a matter of clicking with the person or not. And it is a matter of finding the right person, because there is a person for everyone, its just whether or not you find them. I realized from Katie's blog that you need to be proactive about love and that you can't just wait for it to come to you because if you do, you'll never find love. Also love sometimes can be a bad thing to immediately jump into because you may not know the person well enough to commit yourself like that, because love is a very dangerous game.

To Love or Not to Love?

Love is a very strong emotion that people feel when they have a strong connection to one another. But is it even an option at all? I believe that people can not control if they love someone or not. It is just an emotion. For example people can't control what makes them happy,  certain things just make some people happy. And love works the same way. Some people fall in love with people when they aren't supposed to. Like when people have an affair, those people might not want to have an affair with that person, but they can't help it because it is an emotion and they have no control over it. Also, back when African Americans were seen as inferior, white people would still fall in love with the blacks even though it was socially unacceptable. They may not have wanted to but because you have no control over it, those people that fell in love couldn't help it. People cannot help but to fall in love with some people. It is a function of your brain and if someone meets all of your criteria of a match made in heaven, then you will fall in love with that person whether you like it or not.
